SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed to ship Monday through Friday. They are shipped via USPS or UPS and International orders are shipped with DHL or UPS.

Once you receive your tracking information, it can take up to 24 business hours for the tracking to update.

We strive to uphold the highest levels of quality customer service. It is our ultimate goal at CHAOS NUTRITION to create life-long customers and we will do everything in our power to ensure that your experience with us is one that makes you want to shop with us again and again.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Our standard processing time is one to two business day for all items that are in stock. Processing times are not calculated into the estimated delivery times. Depending on the amount of orders that we receive over the weekend will also possibly delay your processing time.

Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. Holidays. Extra time maybe required for larger orders, international orders, orders requiring additional customer information, or out of stock items.

 

UPS SHIPPING

UPS shipping takes anywhere between 5-7 days to receive.

 

PRIORITY SHIPPING

From USPS.com:

All priority shipping has an expected delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on the origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

Lost Packages and Stuck Shipments

  • The customer is responsible for filing a lost package claim with the USPS or UPS in the event of a lost / misplaced package. We provide tracking for every order.
  • Chaos Nutrition is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
  • Chaos Nutrition is not responsible for packages once they are in the hand of the carrier.

Returns and Exchanges (DOMESTIC / US)

  • No returns or exchanges on orders after 30 days.
  • We do not accept opened supplements for returns or exchanges all items must be UNOPENED. 
  • Freebies / add-ons / promo items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns and Exchanges (INTERNATIONAL)

  • All sales are final outside the US
  • We are not responsible for any lost packages, delays in transit, seized packages, etc.
  • Your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. Chaos Nutrition is not responsible for any of these duties, taxes, or import fees.
